Patient received a decentered LTK. Two weeks later, her surgeon preformed an enhancement, which was also decentered. He then panicked and perform another enhancement the same day. The patient's cornea was fried, and due to connective tissue problems, a transplant was impossible. Patient reported triple vision with extreme blur.
